Second post and also enterprise day for my year (grade) at school. It isn't a yearly thing that would be great though cos' there's £80. We were all told to make an environmentally beneficial, profitable, logical and ethical product. So my group had a vote and they managed to choose the product of mutated fish/jelly-fish goldfish that glowed in the dark, cost £6 million to make the first 2 and then the rest of them come in a set which adds up to £50.
You could buy something just as good for £30 and not be an insane person who has a complete disregard of ethics. There's loads of other things I could say such as they thought that because it had been done before by a rat no fish would die making it ethical, or that they were going to find a massive amount of people wanting to buy mutated fish lights that lasted one week for £50. I could go on ranting but it would just be boring.
Apart from that not much happening today, although the same people who set up the enterprise day did show us Anthese really cool videos about something called one day without shoes. There is one thing though that was cool, after all of the rubbish today they said there was a competition to design an advert that will be for a brand. I'm gonna do a TV ad and was wondering if anyone had some cool ideas just type. My idea at the moment is to have people drink it and then they go really hyper from the caffeine and have them doing stuff in a room for a bit then fastforward it. I'll a practice of the video on the blog at somepoint so you can say what you think. Any ideas once again I'm saying just put a comment.
So basically I'll show you what I think the all amazing enterprise day:
- Project: 4/10
- Team with Project: 1/10 (worrying how much they don't care about ethics)
- Rest of the day: Not looking up.
P.S. In town with a friend to day and found this sick shop that sells american sweets. I've got absoluteley know clue which ones are good so if anyone could tell me what to try just comment (the shop only has classic american sweets like gumballs and hersheys but if it's really popular as long as it is in lots of shops they'll probably have it).
-Alex Out (again)
